Jeff Zuckerman is the Founder of Shelter Real Estate Investment Strategies. Jeff has a track record of capitalizing and growing profitable real estate investment platforms. He has completed direct, JV, and portfolio investments totaling over $4.5 billion at AEW Capital Management and as CFO at Alliance Residential. Platform transactions cover retail, office, industrial, multifamily, senior living, and hospitality assets in US markets nationwide.
